Licenses and Certifications Requirements:
Mixer driving experience and/or several years off road driving experience. Knowledge of the local area, local contractors and/or concrete construction practices Must possess basic reading (including map reading ability), legible writing and simple math skills, common senseĤ. Must be able to deal professionally with customers, plant employees, dispatchers, mechanics and other driversģ. Must be dependable, a team player, have good communication skills and be safety consciousĢ. Education: High School education or equivalent in work experienceġ. Understand and observe Carroll Concrete Company’s policies and procedures regarding customer relations as outlined in Section IV of Carroll Concrete Company's Training Manual. Plant/Yard maintenance and housekeeping duties as assigned. Maintenance of Plant/Yard General Housekeeping. Proper cleaning and washout as outlined in Sections II, III & V of Carroll Concrete Company's Training Manual Weekly and general vehicle maintenance (as per the Vehicle Maintenance Schedule)Ĥ. 
Clean and Maintain Company Vehicles including but not limited toģ.Responsible for documentation of materials delivered, accurate record of time, Water added to concrete, funds collected, and ticketing procedures as outlined in Sections II, III and V of Carroll Concrete Company's Training Manual Knowledge and ability to mix and unload concrete as outlined in Sections II & III of Carroll Concrete Company's Training Manualģ. Safe operation of mixer on and off roadĢ. To understand and observe all of Carroll Concrete Co./Newport Sand & Gravel Co., Inc.’s policies and procedures including but not limited to the Employee Handbook, Training Manual, Safety Manual SAFE Policy and Drug Free Work Place Manual.ġ.
